Requirements + Policies
Required
Signed participation agreement
Code of conduct acknowledgment
Attendance policy (80% minimum for completion)
Closed-toe shoes required for all technical sessions

Safety first — all crew must follow equipment handling and electrical safety protocols
Show-day crew must arrive at scheduled call time — no exceptions
Equipment damage from negligence may result in replacement costs
Minors (under 18) must have parent/guardian sign all participation forms
All crew must follow radio/communication protocol during live events
